森和板业有限公司系股份制企业，建于2002年12月，占地150亩，固定资产6000万元，拥有中密度纤维板生产线三条，主要引进上海板机厂生产设备，年产中密度纤维板10万m3，苏州产贴面板生产线一条,年产三聚氰氨贴面装饰板250万㎡。
三、 建设内容及规模
该项目是在营造大型速生丰产原料基地的基础上，采用国外先进的工艺设备，建设一条目前国内较大生产规模的中（高）密度纤维板生产线，它将以资源供应、产品质量和规模效益的优势迅速占领市场，以满足日益增长的人造板市场的需要。该项目市场前景广阔、地理位置优越。项目的建设符合国家产业政策和行业政策发展要求，得到了政府部门的大力支持,属减免税项目。该项目投资风险小、投资回报率高，发展潜力巨大，具有良好社会效益和经济效益。
四、 总投资及投资比例
项目总投资1800万美元，投资比例由双方协商确定。
五、 经济效益
项目建成后，年可实现新增销售收入2168万美元，实现利润600万美元。

The new high-density fibire board production enquipment will be introduced.
Ⅳ.Total Investment and Investment proportion
Total investment in the project is 18.00 million US dollars.The contributing ratio shall be determined by both parties through negotiation.
Ⅴ.Economic Efficiency
After the project is put into production,annual sales can be increased by 21.68 million US dollars with the profit and tax of 6.00 million US dollars.
